Heading South

We left after a few of the craziest weeks of our life. Too busy for words and not in a good way. But late one night we finished packing up the car and left on the last boat off the island. Our trip finally began after a week of delays. We started our journey south and it felt so good to be on the road and leave all our worries behind.

These shots are from our first few days in California and in my opinion it was the prettiest area yet. I already miss this part of our trip but I think mostly its the feeling of the excitement of being away that felt so good that first week.
