Campout

This past weekend we hiked up our favorite mountain in the islands and spent the night under the stars. It was a spontaneous adventure but Owynn loved it and it felt so good to sleep outside. The moon was gorgeous and at one moment in the night I looked out to watch the bright orange moon set above the water and disappear behind the trees below us. Our bodies were a little sore in the morning, some how the therm-a-rest pads are not cutting it anymore but it was a simple and sweet little night but best of all it was Owynns first campout!
