giving thanks

My favorite holidays is just around the corner, always a delicious meal spent with people I love. This year I am on stuffing and apple pie duty,  last year it was the turkey which I cooked in my dads wood stove and was still frozen when it went into the oven but turned out to be very good. This is such a beautiful time of year, all the reds, yellows and oranges poking out in all views. I am just in awe this year of the fall season and not really minding the short days and early nights. I am so thankful for our home and piece of land. It truly warms my heart every time I think of what I have in my life. So many wonderful friends, family, Alex and this wonderful place I call home. I never thought owning land would or could be a reality but you just never know what life will bring your way. Thank you everyone who left such sweet comments on my last post. It made my week! If you are in the U.S I wish you a happy thanksiginvg and thanks again for all your support!
