A Month In New York City

Hello All, Just want to share with you a big plan that has sorta happened on a whim. But very excited about! I have decided to live in New York for the month of March. I will be staying with my brother and his wife in Brooklyn. I am taking a sewing and fabric dying course while there. For me this is a big deal with living on Lopez Island for the past 2 years, living in the big chaotic city for a whole month will be a shock. But I think it is important to step out of your comfort zone ever so often. So I am looking forward to this adventure in the big city! But until then I will be enjoying this February northwest rain! The shots above are from a trip to NYC  to visit my brothers in 2004. They were taken at The High Line Park. Which is now totally renovated and looks a quite a bit different from these shots.
