Hike

While in Colorado we went for a day hike up in the mountains. It was so dry and hot but felt amazing to get out of the city and be in the wilderness for a bit. Colorado has such an extreme climate compared to our temperate mild weather here. I love the afternoon thunderstorms there and they will forever remind my of my time as a child up at my families ranch outside of Aspen. Owynn loved the hike and actually slept most the time in the Ergo pack. We use that pack daily and have found that he loves falling asleep in it. It was a sweet day and ended with a jump in the cold glacier lake to help revive us before entering back into the city again. So long Colorado! Now we are home and daily life has begun again! But lots of exciting things happening around here. One being we are almost done getting our well hooked up, so that means fresh running water soon!
