Sunday Muffins

A little sunday baking for a grey day. The smell of a fresh baked goodie makes me happy every time. We always bake in our wood fire cook stove. I notice that baking with wood heat makes the food turn out so much better. Do you every bake in a wood stove? It takes a bit of practice but a thermostat inside the oven is your best friend. 

-A yummy looking blueberry muffin recipe, I will have to use it next time. I like that it suggests you use sour cream or yogurt!
