Bits and Pieces of Manhattan

Its been over a week since I have arrived in New York City. I have settled in quite well to the hustle and bustle of this city. It took a few days to get used to the fast past life style. Running for the subways, staring at so many beautiful and unknown faces, eating foods from all around the world, searching thru aisles and aisles of beautiful fabrics are just a few of my favorite new york things. It is really an amazing place. So different from my life back home. I know all my friends are busy at home getting there gardens ready and will be quite excited to join them when I return but for now I am in the city that never sleeps. Part of the reason I am here is to take a fabric dyeing and sewing class. I have thoroughly been enjoying them. This week I will post some shots of our work! Rebecca from Manzanita postponed the giveaway date for a barnacle bag so if you have not entered to win do so here
