 A new month a new goal... doing sun salutations every morning when I wake up! Here is a little cheat sheet in case you get inspired to try it out!

About 6 years ago I traveled to India with my high school. It was around this time of year that we left for our 2 month adventure. So during this month I always tend to reflect on that amazing trip and dream of going back!

I found this picture last week and it quickly reminded me of India and the all captivating train rides.
